Legal & Compliance

Operating Protocol.

The fundamental terms, guidelines, and structural agreements that govern our engineering partnerships.

By accessing our digital platforms or engaging Neon Energy LTD for solar infrastructure deployment, you automatically agree to the operational parameters outlined below.
01

Engineering Scope

Neon Energy LTD executes full-stack Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for residential, commercial, and heavy-industrial grids. The exact structural blueprints, power capacity (kW/MW), and component architectures are strictly defined within your specific, signed Project Contract. We do not deviate from approved blueprints without written client authorization.

02

Financial Architecture

Digital estimates generated via our platform are preliminary. Finalized financial obligations require a physical topographical and structural survey.

  • Official quotations hold validity for exactly 15 days from issuance due to global hardware market fluctuations.

  • Complex structural reinforcements or advanced grid-routing discovered during installation may incur authorized cost adjustments.

03

Operational Collaboration

Flawless execution requires collaboration. Clients are expected to provide our engineering teams with safe, unobstructed access to the designated installation zones during agreed-upon operational windows. Furthermore, while we aggressively expedite Net Metering paperwork, utility approval timelines are ultimately dictated by local government bodies.

04

Hardware & Warranties

We refuse to compromise on build quality, utilizing exclusively Tier-1 equipment. However, all long-term hardware warranties (such as 25-year panel degradation guarantees) are backed directly by the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). Neon Energy LTD assumes responsibility solely for our workmanship and structural mounting integrity, as defined in your contract.

05

Liability Parameters

NEON ENERGY LTD SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE OR TENANT DISRUPTION, ARISING FROM UNAVOIDABLE GRID OUTAGES, SEVERE METEOROLOGICAL EVENTS (FORCE MAJEURE), OR UNILATERAL ACTIONS TAKEN BY STATE UTILITY PROVIDERS.
